Quality Control

BESTART follows strictly the international quality control standards and management, and BESTART  is ISO19001, ISO/TS16949, OHSAS18001, IEC and CE certified. Especially TS16949, it is a requisite certificate of supplying to automobile industry.

BESTART batteries are strictly supervised by the professional QC workers from IQC, OQC, FQC, and all the records are kept for further tracking. All BESTART batteries need go through online tests during assembly, and those tests include anti polarity reversal test, short circuit test for TTP, internal resistance test, sealing test for heat sealing enclosure and large current discharge test before packing for performance. All those measures guarantee the good quality and no defective battery out of our factory.
