By adopting advanced technologies such as Pb-Ca grid, internal formation, AGM start-stop batteries etc,  BESTART  batteries generate less waste during production and contributes to energy saving and pollution reduction. Regarding the waste water containing lead and sulfuric acid, the water treatment facilities will neutralize the waste water and remove the lead content, thus meet the environmental standards applied by Chinese government. In BESTART , all purified water is collected and reused in production process, thus achieving “zero discharge”. No industrial waste water is generated from  BESTART  production facilities. This is also the reason why  BESTART  obtained ISO14001:2004 certification for environmental management.

 BESTART  also paid great attention to our employees working at site and passed OHSAS18001. Safety appliances such as mask, glass are distributed to related employees to protect them from lead dust and acid harm. Ventilation systems, dust absorbing and removing systems, acidic mist and lead fumes purify machines and fresh air pipelines minimize the pollutants in the air.
